SMART PANETTONE TURNING TROLLEY®

Patented tilting oven trolley with adjustable guide system that allows you to adjust the space between one tray and another; so with low products you can add an extra tray.

You can arrange up to 8 panettone turning trays, take them directly into the oven for baking, and easily flip them all together, in just a few seconds, for cooling. A unique system that allows handling by a single operator and where the extremely light weight reduces the mass to be brought up to temperature along with the cakes and, once flipped, ensures very rapid cooling.

The trolley can accommodate either standard or MAXROTOR PANETTONE TURNING TRAYS.
