Cart PATENTED with adjustable rails with anti-release system that can be arranged in different combinations, depending on needs, without the use of tools. It can be adjusted to space out the trays for upside-down drying of panettoni and colombe, or brought closer together to increase the number of trays with small products. A unique system, where the slim-profile rails allow you to make the most of the capacity of the GIRAPANETTONI trays, once turned upside down. When not needed, the cart can be disassembled by unscrewing 8 bolts!
