with its PATENTED rounded-edge shape, it allows you to have deeper trays for your UNOX BAKERTOP oven.
Equipped with a base with very large holes that let sugar and almonds fall through and allow excellent ventilation both during baking and cooling.
Before baking, the supplied skewers can be inserted adjustably into the tray to skewer the baking cups, either before or after inserting the dough.
This tray supports the cakes in the oven for baking and upside down for safe cooling!
