Tray PATENTED that allows a single operator to bake and cool baked goods such as panettone, colomba, and leavened products in general.
Equipped with a base with very large holes that let sugar crystals and almonds fall through and allow excellent ventilation both during baking and cooling.
Before baking, the supplied skewers can be inserted adjustably into the tray to skewer the baking cups, either before or after inserting the dough.
This tray supports the cakes during proofing and in the oven for baking; once baked, simply turn it upside down for safe cooling!
