SMART PANETTONE-TURNING TRAY®
PATENTEDTRAY that allows you to bake and cool baked goods such as panettone, colomba, and leavened products in general without any other support.
Equipped with a base with very large holes that let sugar and almonds fall through and allow excellent ventilation both during baking and cooling.
The supplied skewers can be inserted adjustably into the tray to skewer the baking cups, either before or after inserting the dough and before baking.
The exclusive feet, also included, are removable and must be attached to the tray before use, to allow safe cooling of the cake once baked. You simply need to flip the tray upside down!
The trays are stackable one on top of the other. Upside-down cooling ensures excellent crumb structure and preserves the internal moisture of the finished product.
