MAXROTOR TRAY® FOR PANETTONE ROTATING TROLLEYS
with its PATENTED shape with rounded edges, it allows you to have wider trays for your panettone turning trolley for rotary oven.
Equipped with a base with very large holes that let sugar and almonds fall through and allow excellent ventilation both during baking and cooling.
Before baking, the supplied skewers can be adjustably inserted into the tray to skewer the paper molds, either before or after inserting the dough.
This tray supports the cakes on tilting trolleys in the oven for baking and upside down for safe cooling!
