1. AMBITO APPLICATIVO
1. I termini e le condizioni generali qui riportati (di seguito: "T&C") si applicano a tutti gli ordini ed acquisti di prodotti sul sito web http://sito.quadrisrl.com (di seguito: "Sito Web") gestito da QUADRI s.r.l., con sede in via Gozzano snc, 04012 Cisterna di Latina (LT) - C.F. e P.IVA 025133205945 - REG. IMPRESE 177126 Latina.

2. AVVERTENZE
1. Il Cliente è tenuto a leggere attentamente i T&C prima di effettuare qualsiasi ordine d'acquisto. Con l'accettazione dei T&C e l'invio di un ordine, il Cliente dichiara:
a) di aver letto, compreso ed accettato integralmente e senza riserve i T&C;
b) di essere un consumatore e di voler acquistare i Prodotti esclusivamente per uso personale e non per rivenderli nell'ambito di un'attività commerciale o d'affari, di qualsiasi natura;
c) di autorizzare QUADRI s.r.l. ad immagazzinare, elaborare, usare e trasferire a terzi e/o all'estero i dati (personali) contenuti nell'ordine allo scopo di eseguire lo stesso.
2. QUADRI s.r.l. farà del proprio meglio affinché le informazioni contenute nel Sito Web siano accurate ed aggiornate. Non è tuttavia possibile offrire garanzie in merito. Il Cliente riconosce ed accetta che i Prodotti potrebbero non essere del tutto conformi alle indicazioni, alle specifiche e/o alle fotografie presenti sul Sito Web.

3. ORDINI
1. Il contratto di vendita tra QUADRI s.r.l. ed il Cliente è da ritenersi perfezionato con l'invio al Cliente, all'indirizzo e-mail indicato da quest'ultimo con l'ordine di acquisto, della conferma scritta della spedizione.
2. QUADRI s.r.l. considererà eventuali richieste di cancellazione dell'ordine pervenute prima della spedizione dei Prodotti al cliente.
3. Nel caso in cui un determinato Prodotto presente nell'ordine del Cliente non fosse più disponibile, QUADRI s.r.l. non avrà nessun obbligo di fornitura del Prodotto in questione, ma sarà unicamente tenuta ad informare tempestivamente il Cliente di tale circostanza. Qualora fossero disponibili solo una parte dei Prodotti indicati nell'ordine, QUADRI s.r.l. contatterà il Cliente per chiedergli se intende annullare l'ordine o è disposto a ricevere soltanto i Prodotti disponibili; in tal caso al Cliente verrà addebitato solo l'importo relativo ai Prodotti che riceverà.
4. QUADRI s.r.l. si riserva il diritto di ridurre, a sua libera discrezione, la quantità di Prodotti acquistabili sul Sito Web.
5. Misure, caratteristiche e illustrazioni dei prodotti sono indicative e soggette a variazioni senza preavviso qualora esigenze tecnico-produttive lo richiedessero. In considerazione del fatto che la produzione è artigianale, potrebbero rilevarsi lievi differenze tra partite diverse dello stesso prodotto.

4. PREZZI
1. I prezzi dei Prodotti, espressi nella valuta mostrata nel carrello, saranno in ogni caso quelli indicati nella fattura. QUADRI s.r.l. farà comunque del suo meglio affinché i prezzi indicati sul sito web siano corretti ed aggiornati.
2. Le spese di spedizione e di consegna possono variare a seconda del paese e saranno addebitate al Cliente al momento della spedizione dei Prodotti ordinati, in base alle tariffe di spedizione in vigore riportate nella relativa sezione del Sito Web.
3. Il pagamento sarà effettuato dal Cliente al momento della conferma di spedizione con carta di credito o nelle altre modalità indicate nella relativa sezione del Sito Web.

5. CONSEGNA
1. La consegna dei Prodotti sarà effettuata all'indirizzo di consegna indicato dal Cliente nell'ordine.
2. In linea di principio i Prodotti saranno consegnati entro 30 (trenta) giorni dalla conferma d'ordine da parte di QUADRI s.r.l., fermo restando che i tempi di consegna possono variare a seconda del paese di destinazione. Nel caso in cui la consegna venisse ritardata per motivi non imputabili alla QUADRI s.r.l., al Cliente verrà comunicata, per quanto possibile, la nuova data di consegna.
3. QUADRI s.r.l. si riserva il diritto, di rifiutare, sospendere o annullare, a propria libera discrezione, la consegna o l'adempimento di una qualsiasi delle obbligazioni che le derivano dal contratto di vendita, in caso di presunta frode, inadempienza o violazione da parte del Cliente di obblighi assunti nei confronti di QUADRI s.r.l. con precedenti ordini e/o contratti di vendita. Se i Prodotti ordinati richiederanno l'attraversamento della dogana (in base al paese di destinazione) ed il Cliente deciderà di non ricevere più l'ordine una volta che questo è giunto in dogana, QUADRI s.r.l. non concederà il rimborso della merce la quale verrà abbandonata sul posto.

6. COUPON E BUONI SCONTO ONLINE
1. La validità delle promozioni presenti online si applicano limitatamente ed esclusivamente al Sito Web e, ove non espressamente indicato, terminano l'ultimo giorno del mese indicato, salvo esaurimento scorte. QUADRI s.r.l. si riserva il diritto di effettuare variazioni oppure escludere alcuni prodotti dalle promozioni. Per ulteriori informazioni contattare il servizio assistenza.
2. Gli sconti a carrello – derivanti dall’inserimento di coupon promozionali o per condizioni speciali applicate al cliente – non sono cumulabili con altre promozioni.
3. Gli utenti in possesso di un coupon comprensivo di codice promozionale che garantisce uno sconto oppure un omaggio, potranno utilizzarlo per effettuare acquisti esclusivamente online, sui siti web www.quadriarl.com e www.sito.quadrisrl.com . Nel coupon viene evidenziato il codice promozionale, l'importo dello sconto o l'omaggio, la data di fine validità dell'iniziativa.
4. Il codice promozionale deve essere inserito in fase di finalizzazione dell'acquisto ("checkout"), prima del pagamento, e garantisce lo sconto/omaggio in immediato; resta in carico al cliente, prima che confermi l'acquisto e proceda al pagamento, verificare che il codice promozionale sia stato processato con successo e l'acquisto sia comprensivo dello sconto/omaggio. Non saranno accettati reclami dopo la conferma dell'acquisto.
5. Il codice promozionale non è cumulabile con altri codici promozionali ed è utilizzabile una sola volta, salvo diverse indicazioni presenti sul coupon. L'acquisto mediante tale codice deve essere effettuato entro e non oltre la data specificata nel coupon.

7. DIRITTO DI RECESSO
Al cliente online che agisca in qualità di consumatore è attribuito il diritto di recesso dal contratto, così come previsto dagli artt. 64 – 67 del D.Lgs. n. 206/2005, detto Codice del Consumo.
Si precisa che questo diritto è riservato soltanto alle persone fisiche, cioè a quei consumatori privati che agiscano per scopi estranei alla propria professione. Non è previsto diritto di recesso per le persone giuridiche e fisiche che agiscano, in riferimento al contratto di acquisto, in ambito professionale.

Ai sensi e nei limiti di cui all'art. 64 del Codice del Consumo, il consumatore ha facoltà, entro 14 giorni di calendario dal ricevimento dei prodotti acquistati, di esercitare il diritto di recesso, consistente nella possibilità di restituire i prodotti ricevuti e di ottenere il rimborso del prezzo pagato, senza penalità e senza necessità di specificarne il motivo.

Tale diritto si applica a tutti i prodotti acquistati online nel presente sito, con l'esclusione dei prodotti software audiovisivi o informatici consegnati sigillati e successivamente aperti dal cliente.
Le spese di restituzione del prodotto sono a carico del consumatore.

Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente qualora il prodotto restituito risulti usato, oppure non sia integro, per l'assenza, ad esempio, di elementi integranti del prodotto (accessori, cavi, manuali d'istruzione, etc.) oppure in quanto il prodotto abbia subito danni per cause diverse dal trasporto dal Venditore al consumatore, non segnalati in precedenza.
Senza limitazioni del diritto di recesso, all'atto della consegna del prodotto il consumatore, che abbia motivo di ritenere che il prodotto stesso sia stato danneggiato durante il trasporto, dovrà rifiutare la consegna oppure accettarla con espressa riserva.
Ogni ritiro di colli integri dovrà essere effettuato dal cliente apponendo la dicitura "COLLO INTEGRO, RITIRO CON RISERVA DI CONTROLLO CONTENUTO" sull'apposito documento accompagnatorio (art. 1698 Codice Civile). Ogni anomalia dovrà poi essere comunicata entro otto giorni con lettera raccomandata A/R indirizzata alla QUADRI s.r.l.

Procedura per esercitare il diritto di recesso
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso è necessario inviare, entro 14 giorni di calendario dal ricevimento del prodotto acquistato, una comunicazione nella quale venga chiaramente manifestata la volontà di recedere dal contratto d'acquisto.
Tale comunicazione va inviata con lettera raccomandata A/R indirizzata alla QUADRI s.r.l.
Il consumatore dovrà poi provvedere, utilizzando un corriere a propria scelta, alla spedizione del prodotto nella confezione originale e completo di ogni accessorio, dei manuali di istruzione e di tutto quanto in origine contenuto.
Il consumatore dovrà effettuare tale spedizione entro dieci giorni lavorativi dalla data in cui ha inviato la comunicazione di esercizio del diritto di recesso.

Note importanti
Le spese di trasporto e la responsabilità della merce durante la spedizione, come previsto dalla legge, sono a carico del consumatore.
Si consiglia pertanto di assicurare il prodotto presso il corriere prescelto, avendo cura di imballare con attenzione la merce, ove possibile inserendo la confezione originale in una scatola esterna e, comunque, evitando di danneggiare il prodotto con nastri adesivi, etichette, etc. Il prodotto dovrà essere restituito integro e completo di tutte le sue parti ed accessori, comprese eventuali garanzie, istruzioni, licenze d'uso, cavi, etc. In caso di danno da trasporto avvenuto durante la restituzione, il Venditore provvederà a comunicare il danno al consumatore entro cinque giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del prodotto, consentendo al consumatore di sporgere denuncia al corriere utilizzato per il trasporto. La merce danneggiata sarà resa disponibile per la restituzione e la richiesta di recesso verrà contemporaneamente annullata.

Non appena in grado di confermare che le condizioni previste sono state soddisfatte, QUADRI s.r.l. invierà al Cliente una e-mail di conferma dell'accettazione del reso e darà avvio alla procedura di rimborso in modo tale che il Cliente riceva il rimborso di quanto pagato per i Prodotti resi entro i trenta (30) giorni successivi, indipendentemente dalla modalità di pagamento adottata in precedenza dal Cliente. Il rimborso degli importi pagati dal Cliente sarà sempre fatto esclusivamente a favore del Cliente che ha effettuato il pagamento.
Nel caso in cui le condizioni di cui sopra non dovessero essere state rispettate, il Cliente non avrà diritto al rimborso dell'importo pagato a QUADRI s.r.l.. Il Cliente avrà tuttavia unicamente il diritto di farsi rispedire i Prodotti resi, a proprio rischio e a proprie spese. Se il Cliente non chiede di riavere indietro i Prodotti resi entro trenta (30) giorni dalla relativa comunicazione da parte di QUADRI s.r.l., QUADRI s.r.l. avrà il diritto di trattenerli unitamente all'importo ricevuto in relazione alla transazione.

8. GARANZIA E LIMITAZIONE DELLA RESPONSABILITA'
1. La garanzia legale di QUADRI s.r.l. è limitata ad eventuali difetti manifesti dei Prodotti - esclusa, senza limitazioni, ogni garanzia implicita in ordine alla qualità e all'idoneità allo scopo per il Cliente - per un periodo di 2 (due) anni dalla consegna dei Prodotti.
2. La garanzia legale non può essere fatta valere da chi ha acquistato i prodotti nell'ambito della propria attività imprenditoriale o professionale, indicando la propria partita IVA.
3. La garanzia da unicamente diritto ad ottenere il rimborso dell'importo pagato per i Prodotti difettosi, purché il difetto venga comunicato a QUADRI s.r.l. entro 2 (due) mesi da quando è stato riscontrato.
4. Oltre a quanto sopra indicato (artt. 20-21), il diritto al rimborso è soggetto alle seguenti condizioni, sotto pena di decadenza della garanzia:
a) prima di rispedire indietro i Prodotti difettosi a QUADRI s.r.l., il Cliente dovrà contattare il servizio clienti di QUADRI s.r.l. secondo le modalità indicate nella relativa sezione Resi sul Sito Web - per avere l'autorizzazione a procedere con il reso;
b) i Prodotti difettosi verranno ritirati da QUADRI s.r.l., a proprie spese.
5. Una volta ricevuto il Prodotto ed appurata la difettosità dello stesso, QUADRI s.r.l. invierà al Cliente una e-mail di conferma dell'accettazione del reso e darà avvio alla procedura di rimborso a favore del Cliente del prezzo pagato per il Prodotto difettoso che dovrà concludersi entro trenta (30) giorni, indipendentemente dalle modalità di pagamento adottate dal Cliente in precedenza. Il rimborso degli importi pagati dal Cliente sarà sempre fatto esclusivamente a favore del Cliente che ha effettuato il pagamento.
6. Fatto salva la garanzia di cui sopra, QUADRI s.r.l. esclude ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità (contrattuale o extracontrattuale) nei confronti del Cliente, nei limiti delle norme imperative applicabili.
7. Il limite massimo di responsabilità complessiva a carico di QUADRI s.r.l. non potrà in alcun caso superare l'importo corrisposto dal Cliente per l'acquisto del Prodotto.

9. DISPOSIZIONI GENERALI
1. Nel caso in cui una o più disposizioni di questi T&C dovesse risultare nulla, annullabile, illegale o inefficace, ciò non comporterà l'inefficacia totale dei T&C. La disposizione in questione verrà sostituita da un'analoga disposizione valida che tenga debitamente conto dell'intenzione e del contenuto della stessa, nel rispetto ed ai sensi delle normative vigenti.
2. Questi T&C sono soggetti al diritto sostanziale svizzero (con esclusione della legge svizzera sul diritto internazionale privato e dei trattati internazionali, in particolare la Convenzione delle Nazione Unite sui contratti di compravendita internazionale di merci). Eventuali controversie che dovessero sorgere saranno deferite all'esclusiva giurisdizione del competente foro di Latina(Italia).

10. AGGIORNAMENTO SU BREXIT
1. A causa della situazione politica legata all'uscita del Regno Unito dall'Unione Europea ("Brexit"), sarà possibile effettuare acquisti con destinazione UK entro e non oltre giovedì 31 ottobre 2019. Qualora emergano problematiche o ritardi, l'azienda si riserva il diritto di annullare tali ordini e riaccreditare gli importi.

1. FIELD OF APPLICATION
1. 2. WARNINGS
1. The Customer is required to read the T & Cs carefully before placing any purchase order. By accepting the T & Cs and sending an order, the Customer declares:
a) to have read, understood and accepted the T & Cs in full and without reservation;
b) to be a consumer and to want to purchase the Products exclusively for personal use and not to resell them in the context of a commercial or business activity, of any nature;
c) to authorize QUADRI s.r.l. to store, process, use and transfer the (personal) data contained in the order to third parties and / or abroad in order to perform the same.
2. QUADRI s.r.l. will do its best to ensure that the information contained on the Website is accurate and up-to-date. However, no guarantees can be given in this regard. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the Products may not fully comply with the indications, specifications and / or photographs on the Website.
3. ORDERS
1. The sales contract between QUADRI s.r.l. and the Customer is to be considered perfected by sending the Customer, to the e-mail address indicated by the latter with the purchase order, of the written confirmation of the shipment.
2. QUADRI s.r.l. will consider any requests for cancellation of the order received before the shipment of the Products to the customer.
3. In the event that a specific Product present in the Customer's order is no longer available, QUADRI s.r.l. will have no obligation to supply the Product in question, but will only be required to promptly inform the Customer of this
circumstance. If only a part of the Products indicated in the order are available, QUADRI s.r.l. will contact the Customer to ask him if he intends to cancel the order or is willing to receive only the Products available; in this case the Customer will be charged only the amount relating to the Products he will receive.
4. QUADRI s.r.l. reserves the right to reduce, at its own discretion, the quantity of Products that can be purchased on the Website.
5. Measurements, characteristics and illustrations of the products are indicative and subject to change without notice if technical-production needs require it. In consideration of the fact that the
production is handcrafted, there may be slight differences between different batches of the same product.
4. PRICES
1. The prices of the Products, expressed in the currency shown in the cart, will in any case be those indicated on the invoice. QUADRI s.r.l. however, it will do its best to ensure that the prices indicated on the website are correct and up-to-date.
2. Shipping and delivery costs may vary depending on the country and will be charged to the Customer at the time of shipment of the Products ordered, based on the shipping rates in force indicated in the relevant section of the Website.
3. Payment will be made by the Customer upon confirmation of shipment by credit card or in the other methods indicated in the relevant section of the Website.

5. DELIVERY
1. The delivery of the Products will be made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer in the order.
2. In principle, the Products will be delivered within 30 (thirty) days from the order confirmation by QUADRI s.r.l., it being understood that delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination. In the event that delivery is delayed for reasons not attributable to QUADRI s.r.l., the Customer will be notified, as far as possible, of the new delivery date.
3. QUADRI s.r.l. reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel the delivery or fulfillment of any of the obligations deriving from the sales contract, in the event of alleged fraud, default or breach by the Customer of obligations assumed towards QUADRI srl with previous orders and / or sales contracts. If the ordered Products require crossing customs (based on the country of destination) and the Customer decides not to receive the order once it has arrived at customs, QUADRI s.r.l. will not grant reimbursement of the goods which will be abandoned on the spot.

6. COUPONS AND ONLINE DISCOUNT COUPONS
1. The validity of the promotions present online are limited and exclusively applied to the Website and, if not expressly indicated, they end on the last day of the month indicated, unless stocks are exhausted. QUADRI s.r.l. reserves the right to make changes or exclude certain products from promotions. For further information, contact the after-sales service.
2. The shopping cart discounts - resulting from the inclusion of promotional coupons or special conditions applied to the customer - cannot be combined with other promotions.
3. Users in possession of a coupon including a promotional code that guarantees a discount or a gift, can use it to make purchases exclusively online, on the websites www.quadriarl.com and www.sito.quadrisrl.com. The coupon highlights the promotional code, the amount of the discount or the gift, the expiry date of the initiative.
4. The promotional code must be entered when finalizing the purchase ("checkout"), before payment, and guarantees immediate discount / gift; it is up to the customer to verify that the promotional code has been successfully processed and the purchase includes the discount / gift before confirming the purchase and making the payment. Complaints will not be accepted after confirmation of the purchase.
5. The promotional code cannot be combined with other promotional codes and can be used only once, unless otherwise indicated on the coupon. The purchase using this code must be made no later than the date specified in the coupon.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The online customer who acts as a consumer is given the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for in Articles. 64 - 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, called the Consumer Code.
It should be noted that this right is reserved only to natural persons, that is to those private consumers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons who act, with reference to the purchase contract, in a professional context.

Pursuant to and within the limits of art. 64 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the products purchased, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting in the possibility of returning the products received and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without need to specify the reason.

This right applies to all products purchased online on this site, with the exclusion of audiovisual or IT software products delivered sealed and subsequently opened by the customer.
The costs of returning the product are charged to the consumer.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is used, or is not intact, due to the absence, for example, of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.) or because the product has suffered damage for reasons other than transport from the Seller to the consumer, not previously reported.
Without limitation of the right of withdrawal, upon delivery of the product the consumer, who has reason to believe that the product itself has been damaged during transport, must refuse delivery or accept it with express reservation.
Each collection of undamaged packages must be carried out by the customer by putting the words "INTEGRAL NECK, WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE OF CONTENT INSPECTION" on the appropriate accompanying document (art. 1698 of the Civil Code). Any anomaly must then be communicated within eight days by registered letter with return receipt addressed to QUADRI s.r.l.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the purchased product, a communication in which the desire to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly expressed.
This communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt addressed to QUADRI s.r.l.

The consumer will then have to arrange, using a courier of his choice, for the shipment of the product in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.
The consumer must make this shipment within ten working days from the date on which he sent the communication to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Important notes

The transport costs and the responsibility of the goods during shipment, as required by law, are borne by the consumer.
It is therefore advisable to insure the product with the chosen courier, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by inserting the original packaging in an external box and, in any case, avoiding damaging the product with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact and complete with all its parts and accessories, including any guarantees, instructions, licenses for use, cables, etc. In the event of transport damage occurring during the return, the Seller will notify the consumer of the damage within five working days of receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint with the courier used for transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be canceled at the same time.

As soon as it is able to confirm that the required conditions have been met, QUADRI s.r.l. will send the Customer an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return and will initiate the refund procedure so that the Customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the returned Products within the following thirty (30) days, regardless of the method of payment previously adopted by the Customer. The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the Customer will always be made exclusively in favor of the Customer who made the payment.
In the event that the above conditions have not been respected, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid to QUADRI srl. However, the Customer will only have the right to have the returned Products returned, at his own risk and expense. . If the Customer does not ask to have the returned Products back within thirty (30) days from the relative communication by QUADRI s.r.l., QUADRI s.r.l. will have the right to withhold them together with the amount received in connection with the transaction.
8. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. The legal guarantee of QUADRI s.r.l. is limited to any manifest defects of the Products - excluding, without limitation, any implicit guarantee regarding the quality and fitness for purpose for the Customer - for a period of 2 (two) years from delivery of the Products.
2. The legal guarantee cannot be enforced by anyone who purchased the products as part of their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT number.

3. The guarantee only gives the right to obtain a refund of the amount paid for the defective Products, provided that the defect is communicated to QUADRI s.r.l. within 2 (two) months from when it was found.
4. In addition to the above (articles 20-21), the right to reimbursement is subject to the following conditions, under penalty of forfeiture of the guarantee:
a) before sending back the defective Products to QUADRI s.r.l., the Customer must contact the customer service of QUADRI s.r.l. according to the methods indicated in the relevant Returns section on the Website - to have the authorization to proceed with the return;
b) the defective Products will be collected by QUADRI s.r.l., at its own expense.
5. Once the Product has been received and its defects have been ascertained, QUADRI s.r.l. will send the Customer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and will initiate the refund procedure in favor of the Customer of the price paid for the defective Product which must be completed within thirty (30) days, regardless of the payment methods adopted by the Customer previously. The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the Customer will always be made exclusively in favor of the Customer who made the payment.
6. Without prejudice to the aforementioned guarantee, QUADRI s.r.l. excludes any and all liability (contractual or extra-contractual) towards the Customer, within the limits of the applicable mandatory rules.
7. The maximum limit of overall liability borne by QUADRI s.r.l. in no case may it exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the Product.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. In the event that one or more provisions of these T & Cs should be null, voidable, illegal or ineffective, this will not result in the total ineffectiveness of the T & Cs. The provision in question will be replaced by a similar valid provision that duly takes into account the intention and content thereof, in compliance with and pursuant to the regulations in force.
2. These T & Cs are subject to Swiss substantive law (excluding Swiss law on private international law and international treaties, in particular the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). Any disputes that may arise will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Latina (Italy).

10. UPDATE ON BREXIT
1. Due to the political situation linked to the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union ("Brexit"), it will be possible to make purchases to the UK no later than Thursday 31 October 2019. If problems or delays arise, the company will reserves the right to cancel such orders and re-credit the amounts.
