PATENTED folding oven trolly with adjustable guide system that allows you to adjust the space between one baking sheet and another; so with low products you can add an extra baking sheet.
You can arrange up to 8 panettone pans, bring them directly to cooking in the oven and easily flip them all together, in a few seconds, for cooling. A unique system that allows handling by a single operator and where the very low weight reduces the mass to be brought to temperature together with the sweets and, once turned upside down, guarantees a very fast cooling.
The trolly can accommodate either standard or MAXROTOR GIRAPANETTONI SHEETS.
