The innovative PATENTED accessory that speeds up the tapping of paper moulds during the production of panettone and doves! It is basically a design for the optimal positioning of the cups on the GIRPANETTONI 80X60 trays or on the MAXROTOR 80X65 trays equipped with pins to guide the pin in the skewer; it allows you to position the cakes always in the same way and does not require special tapping skills. Thanks to its low weight it can be easily moved from one pan to another; so you can buy a single positioner to use on all your pans.
