With this PATENTED  baking tray, in addition to the puff pastry, you can place your stuffed dough directly on a sheet of baking paper, even inside micro-perforated rings of different thickness and shape; closed the lid you can take it to cooking with the certainty of always obtaining a fragrant product and constant height. An exclusive product, in addition to the 7 mm thick puff pastry, includes 3 additional sets of stainless steel spacers height 2 - 3.5 - 4.5 cm with the relative locking profiles.
