PATENTED baking tray which allows a single operator to cook and cool baked products such as panettone, colomba and leavened products in general. Equipped with a bottom with very large perforations which allow sprinkles and almonds to fall and allow for excellent ventilation both during cooking , which cools. Before baking, the supplied pins can be inserted in an adjustable way into the pan to skewer the baking cups, before or after inserting the dough. This pan supports the cakes while they are still rising and in the oven for baking; once baked, simply turn it over for safe cooling! Only one pan for all types of leavened products.
