MAXI TRAY

More usable baking area in UNOX BAKERTOP and BAKERLUX 60 × 40 cm ovens

MAXI is Quadri's larger PATENTED Girapanettoni tray, developed to make better use of the space in UNOX BAKERTOP and BAKERLUX ovens designed for 60 × 40 cm trays.

Its increased depth of 45 cm provides more usable baking area, allowing more panettone and colomba cakes per batch. The perforated aluminium base promotes airflow and baking, while adjustable skewers accommodate different paper mould sizes and arrangements.

Not compatible with the UNOX BAKE.Rest oven rack.
