PROFESSIONAL RACK FOR COOLING PANETTONE AND COLOMBA CAKES

This  PATENTED TRAY RACK has adjustable runners with anti-disengagement features. They can be arranged in different combinations without tools. Space the trays further apart to cool panettone and colomba cakes upside down, or closer together to accommodate more trays of smaller products. The slim-profile runners maximise the usable capacity of inverted GIRAPANETTONI trays. When no longer needed, the rack can be dismantled by undoing just eight bolts.
