Shipping and payment

The English shop lets you request a quotation. Add products and quantities to your basket, then provide your contact and delivery details. QUADRI will confirm availability, applicable taxes, shipping costs and the final quotation. No online payment is required and submitting the request does not place an order.

Shipping to your destination

Transport is assessed for the selected products, quantities, weight, dimensions and delivery address. Supply a telephone number with country code so delivery arrangements can be discussed. Delivery availability and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.

The Italian shop currently offers online delivery within Italy by insured courier, using weight-based rates. Its domestic rates do not determine the cost of an overseas delivery. Loads above 200 kg, items without sufficient weight information and destinations or weights outside the configured bands require a specific transport quotation.

Preparation and delivery

Contact us about product availability and estimated delivery before purchasing. Unless a different period is expressly agreed before the contract, Consumer purchases are subject to the statutory maximum of 30 days from contract formation, without prejudice to the duty to deliver without unjustified delay. Any different production or customisation period must be communicated and accepted before the order.

Check the address, postcode, name on the entry system and mobile number. If packaging is damaged, document it and contact us. A specific reservation recorded with the carrier is helpful but is not a condition for exercising Consumer rights against QUADRI.

Payment

QUADRI will specify payment arrangements in the quotation or subsequent order confirmation. Review the full amount, including products, transport and applicable taxes, before agreeing to a purchase. Receipt of an order does not by itself prove successful payment. Dispatch follows verification of payment and order acceptance.
