Returns and withdrawal

Consumers can give notice of withdrawal without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. For one order delivered separately, the period starts on delivery of the final item; for goods delivered in lots or pieces, on delivery of the final lot or piece.

How to give notice

The online function is available without an account. Enter your name, contract reference and an email address for the receipt, review the summary and select “Confirm withdrawal”. You receive an acknowledgement containing the declaration, date and time. Reasons and photographs are not mandatory.

You can also email customercare@quadrisrl.com or send an explicit statement to QUADRI S.r.l., Via Gozzano snc, 04012 Cisterna di Latina (LT), Italy. The model withdrawal form is optional. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient; you do not need to wait for authorisation.

Returning goods

Return the products without undue delay and within 14 days of giving notice. Use suitable protective packaging and retain proof of dispatch. Original packaging is recommended where available, but its absence does not automatically exclude withdrawal.

The Consumer bears direct return costs only if informed before the contract. For goods not normally returnable by post, an estimated return cost must also be communicated beforehand. Use the QUADRI contact details in the Terms for return arrangements. Asking for logistical instructions does not suspend or restrict withdrawal rights.

You may inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You are liable only for diminished value from handling beyond this. There is no fixed withdrawal penalty.

Refunds

QUADRI refunds payments relating to withdrawal, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of notice. Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received, whichever comes first. Extra delivery options selected by the Customer are not reimbursed. The original payment method is used unless otherwise agreed without fees. A shopping voucher is not compulsory.

Exceptions and business purchases

Withdrawal is excluded for goods actually made to specifications or clearly personalised under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, with prior information before purchase. A standard item produced after an order, or a catalogue variation, is not automatically excluded. Business purchases have no statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right unless agreed otherwise.

Defective goods are covered by the statutory guarantee, with free Consumer remedies even after the withdrawal period.
