Warranty and support

The statutory guarantee protects Consumers free of charge and is exercised against the seller, QUADRI S.r.l. It is separate from change-of-mind withdrawal.

Statutory conformity guarantee

For new goods, QUADRI is liable for lack of conformity existing at delivery and becoming apparent within two years. Unless proved otherwise or incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect, a defect appearing within one year is presumed to have existed at delivery. The claim generally becomes time-barred 26 months after delivery under the Italian Consumer Code.

The Consumer may request repair or replacement unless impossible or disproportionately costly. Remedies must be free, provided within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience. Where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination is available. A minor defect does not justify termination. Necessary remedy costs, including transport, are not borne by the Consumer.

Email customercare@quadrisrl.com or call +39 06 9682295. Give the product, purchase reference and a description of the problem. Photographs or other evidence may help but are not a blanket requirement. Product registration and exclusive recourse to the manufacturer are not required. Keep proof of purchase.

Normal wear, misuse and subsequent damage unrelated to an original defect are not covered as such. These limitations do not reduce mandatory rights for actual lack of conformity.

Business purchases

Business purchases are subject to the Italian Civil Code warranty rules unless specific terms are agreed. Contact us promptly on discovering a defect, taking statutory deadlines into account.
