A lightweight aluminium jig with stainless steel guide pins for accurately positioning paper baking moulds on compatible 80 × 60 cm Girapanettoni and 80 × 65 cm MAXROTOR trays. The pins guide the skewers for fast, precise insertion. Move a single positioner from tray to tray.
