MAXI tray with chamfered corners for Nevo Pratika ovens. A 45 cm depth provides more usable baking area for panettone and colomba cakes.

A patented tray with chamfered corners, providing 5 cm of additional depth for compatible Nevo Pratika ovens.

Large perforations in the base allow sugar pieces, almonds and residues to fall through and promote airflow during baking and cooling. Adjustable stainless steel skewers secure the paper baking moulds before baking; they can be inserted with the moulds empty or filled.
