SMART stainless steel tray rack with adjustable runners for 60 × 80 cm trays or pairs of 60 × 40 cm trays. Suitable for cooling panettone upside down.

Patented tray rack with adjustable runners and anti-disengagement features. Rearrange the runners without tools: increase the spacing for cooling panettone and colomba upside down, or reduce it to accommodate more trays of smaller products. Slim-profile runners maximise the usable capacity of inverted Girapanettoni trays. The rack can be dismantled by undoing eight bolts.
