Bake flat puff pastry approximately 7 mm thick without docking. SFOGLIAMAX tray, lid and clamps; sold individually, minimum two pieces per selected size.

Place puff pastry directly on baking paper without docking it with a roller. Secure the lid with the locking clamps and bake under compression for flat, crisp pastry of approximately 7 mm thickness, without raised edges to trim away.

Sold as one complete baking assembly. Minimum quantity: two pieces per selected size.

  • 1 lower tray
  • 1 upper lid
  • 2 locking clamps
