Stainless steel SMART tray rack with adjustable runners for 60 × 40 cm trays and cooling panettone upside down. Request a quotation including shipping.

Patented tray rack with adjustable runners and anti-disengagement features. Rearrange the runners without tools: increase the spacing for cooling panettone and colomba upside down, or reduce it to accommodate more trays of smaller products. Slim-profile runners maximise the usable capacity of inverted Girapanettoni trays. The rack can be dismantled by undoing eight bolts.
